Acceptable use

Public beta policy · effective 2026-08-20 · last updated 2026-08-22.

Personal safety and surveillance

Do not use Evidexa for doxxing, stalking, real-time location tracking, locating private contact details, monitoring sensitive events, targeting activists or protected groups, physical surveillance, intimidation, harassment, or facilitating harm.

Sensitive traits and identity

Do not infer or profile a person's health, financial distress, political beliefs, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, alleged criminal conduct, or similarly sensitive traits. Do not perform cross-platform identity linking or connect a pseudonymous account to an offline identity without valid authority and any required consent.

High-impact decisions and minors

Do not use results to make or materially support decisions in employment, credit, insurance, housing, education admission, law enforcement, immigration, health care, or other similarly consequential contexts. Do not analyze minors for targeting, profiling, eligibility, or other high-impact decisions.

Manipulation and political persuasion

Do not generate individualized political persuasion, suppress participation, coordinate deceptive engagement, manipulate public conversation, automate spam, compensate engagement, or conceal inauthentic activity.

Source access and redistribution

Do not request or provide access to protected content, private accounts, deleted material, non-public messages, credentials, or controls you are not authorized to use. Do not reconstruct, resell, or expose raw social datasets or use Evidexa to evade source, Provider, rate, or redistribution limits. Do not use source-linked evidence to train or fine-tune a foundation or frontier model where source or Provider terms prohibit it.

Service and payment abuse

Do not probe for secrets, bypass payment, reuse another party's proof or retry capability, submit malware, overload the service, exploit errors, conceal harmful intent, or interfere with safety, payment, cache, logging, or rate-limit controls.

Allowed research

Proportionate aggregate research, product feedback, market themes, public trend analysis, and competitive intelligence are allowed when they do not expose raw data, identify protected traits, enable surveillance, or support a prohibited decision. Important conclusions should retain evidence, confidence, coverage, and uncertainty.

Enforcement and reporting

Evidexa may reject a request before payment, rate-limit traffic, pause paid execution, or block access when risk is detected. Report suspected abuse privately to security@okmybot.com; include a bounded description and request ID when available, but never include a secret or payment proof.
