Evidexa
Terms of service
These terms apply to the current Evidexa public beta. Evidexa provides Agent-first, evidence-backed analysis of public-data signals. Paid access is temporarily paused.
Public beta policy · effective 2026-08-20 · last updated 2026-08-22.
Acceptance and authority
By using Evidexa or authorizing a paid call after paid access is re-enabled, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be legally able to agree, control or have permission to use the calling Agent and payment method, and have authority to act for any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service and data boundary
Evidexa sells derived intelligence and evidence, not raw social data. The public beta starts with public Social/X signals obtained through Xquik and is designed to add other lawful public-web and data providers. Evidexa is independent from X, Xquik, Coinbase, Base, and Cloudflare; references to them identify sources or infrastructure, not endorsement.
Results can be ok, partial, or no_data. Evidence links, confidence, coverage, and warnings describe what was available at execution time; they do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, currency, or a particular outcome.
Agent and client responsibility
You are responsible for the Agent's instructions, authorization, budget, retries, and downstream use. When payment is available, validate the Tool, amount, payment method, recipient, and request before approval. Never send Evidexa a private key or seed phrase. A payment processor, wallet, facilitator, blockchain, upstream provider, or network may apply separate terms.
Permitted use and source rights
You may use delivered derived results for lawful Agent, research, product, market, and competitive-intelligence workflows, subject to the Acceptable use policy. The service does not grant ownership of source content, trademarks, profiles, or third-party data, and does not authorize raw-data redistribution or activity prohibited by a source or provider.
Payments and refunds
Paid access is temporarily paused while Evidexa establishes supported commercial payment rails. The planned monthly USD subscription has no checkout, plan, account/API-key entitlement, or charge. Pay-per-call routes currently stop with non-billable HTTP 503 EVIDEXA-503-PAID_ACCESS_PAUSED before a payment requirement, Provider request, or settlement. Published per-call prices and the historical x402 charging, retry, and refund contract remain documented in the Payments and refunds policy, but they do not make either route active.
Availability and changes
Evidexa is provided on a best-effort public-beta basis. Upstream changes, rate limits, maintenance, depleted Provider Credits, payment infrastructure, safety controls, or security events may delay, limit, or suspend access. Evidexa may change or retire features, Tools, prices, limits, providers, or schemas; material public-policy changes receive a new update date.
Reliance and mandatory rights
Results are informational and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, investment, credit, employment, housing, insurance, education-admission, or law-enforcement advice. Validate important conclusions from the cited sources and other appropriate evidence. To the extent permitted, use is at your own risk and Evidexa does not promise uninterrupted service or consequential business outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Enforcement and contact
Evidexa may reject, rate-limit, pause, or block requests that present abuse, security, payment, upstream, or policy risk. For service, billing, or terms questions, contact support@okmybot.com. Security, privacy, abuse, and data-removal reports go to security@okmybot.com.
